Billie Eilish

Alongside her brother, Finneas, the pair have dominated the pop-alternative stage. Her first single, “Ocean Eyes”, debuted in 2017, the song originally started out as a song Finneas wrote for Billie to choreograph along to. They put the song up on Soundcloud and they blew up instantly, Billie was only 14 at the time. In 2017 she released her first ep, “don’t smile at me”, and then her first album in 2019, “WHEN WE ALL FALL ALSEEP WHERE DO WE GO”.

Billie Eilish started and now continues her career at home. She and her brother have set up an at-home recording studio in her brother’s childhood bedroom and even though they have since made it big, with winning 5 Grammy Awards at just 17 years old, Billie still prefers to record at home. This proves that artists do not need fancy set-ups and studio time. Billie Eilish made it big with a basically produced song she wrote for a dance class that she threw up on Soundcloud on a whim.
